Copier is available for purchase on the Apple App Store for a one-time lifetime license fee of $5.00 USD. This policy explains the terms regarding refunds for your purchase.

Apple App Store Refunds

All purchases of Copier are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies and terms of service.

We (Livyk Oleksandr) do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your Copier purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in: Use your Apple ID credentials
  3. Find Copier: Locate your Copier purchase in the list
  4. Select "Report a Problem": Choose the reason for your refund request
  5. Submit: Follow the prompts to complete your refund request

Alternatively, you can request a refund through:

  • The App Store app on your iPhone or iPad
  • Your purchase history on iTunes
  • By contacting Apple Support directly

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple according to their policies. Generally, refunds may be granted if:

If you're experiencing technical issues with Copier, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. We're committed to providing support and may be able to resolve your issue.

However, please note that once a refund is processed by Apple, you may lose access to the app.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

While Apple makes the final determination, refunds are typically not granted in the following situations:

  • Available for a one-time purchase of $5 USD with no recurring subscription fees. Pay once and own it forever, including all future updates and improvements.
  • Requires a compatible Mac running the latest supported version of macOS. The app is optimized for modern Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) and Intel-based Macs.
  • Your license can be used on multiple macOS devices under your personal control, including your work Mac, home Mac, and MacBook. No additional fees for multiple installations.
  • All clipboard data is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Passwords, images, and sensitive information are protected with military-grade security.
  • Sensitive credentials and authentication tokens are secured using Apple's Keychain Services, leveraging the same security infrastructure trusted by millions of Apple users worldwide.
  • iCloud synchronization is entirely optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time in the app preferences. When enabled, your encrypted clipboard history syncs seamlessly across all your Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
  • Your encrypted data is stored in your private iCloud storage space, governed by Apple's strict privacy policies. We never have access to your iCloud data or encryption keys.
  • No backend servers, no external databases, no third-party analytics. Your clipboard data remains exclusively on your devices, ensuring complete privacy and data sovereignty.
  • The app works completely offline — no internet connection required for core functionality. Network access is only needed for optional iCloud synchronization.
  • Your clipboard history is processed and stored locally on your device using native Swift frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and battery efficiency.
  • All data transfers during iCloud sync are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3, and data is encrypted at rest in your iCloud storage.
  • We do not collect, store, or transmit any analytics, telemetry, or usage data. Your privacy is our highest priority, and we maintain a strict zero-data-collection policy.
  • Features, performance characteristics, and compatibility may vary depending on your Mac model, macOS version, available storage space, and system configuration.
  • Some features may require specific macOS versions or system capabilities. We recommend keeping your Mac updated to the latest macOS version for optimal performance.
  • iCloud synchronization requires an active Apple ID with iCloud enabled and sufficient available storage space in your iCloud account.
  • Network data usage for iCloud sync will depend on the size and frequency of your clipboard history. Standard data charges from your internet service provider may apply.
  • The app respects system-level permissions and privacy settings. Clipboard access is required for core functionality and can be managed in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
