1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Copier ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Livyk Oleksandr ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices that you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Sync the App across multiple Apple devices using your personal iCloud account

3. Purchase Terms

Copier is available for purchase on the Apple App Store for a one-time fee of $5.00 USD:

• Lifetime License: One-time payment grants lifetime access to the App
• No Subscription: No recurring charges or subscription fees
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Updates: You will receive free updates to the App when available

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access controls

5. App Features and Functionality

Copier provides the following features:

• Clipboard Management: Saves and manages your system clipboard history
• Encryption: All data (including passwords and images) is encrypted for security
• iCloud Sync: Optional synchronization across your Apple devices via iCloud
• Local Storage: No backend servers; all data stored locally on your devices
• Apple Keychain: Secure credential storage using Apple's Keychain Services

6. System Requirements

The App is designed to work with Apple devices running compatible versions of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements specified on the App Store listing.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Key points:

• We do not collect or store your personal data on external servers
• All data is encrypted and stored locally on your devices
• Optional iCloud sync is managed by Apple's secure infrastructure
• You maintain full control over your data

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, code, and design, is owned by Livyk Oleksandr and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIVYK OLEKSANDR BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App ($5.00 USD).

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID and devices
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Backing up important data (though the App provides iCloud sync)
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App from all your devices.

14. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to App Store-related matters.

15. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's iCloud service for optional synchronization. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Apple's services or any issues arising from their use.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
